Counselling consists of 50-minute, one-to-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. As well as listening to you, I will ask questions and share thoughts when it's helpful, I play an active role. I work online through zoom, and we can have appointments either weekly or fortnightly.
There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to counselling, so our sessions will be tailored to fit your needs. I draw on various approaches when I work, including Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focussed Therapies.
