Hi there! I'm Hayley, a Body Confidence and Wellbeing Coach.
I started my own journey through body confidence and wellbeing in my 20's after experiencing my body changing size quite suddenly after starting a new medication. I didn't recognise the person I saw in the mirror, and needed to find out how to live in a body that just didn't feel like mine anymore. And forget about anyone taking my photo, that wasn't going to happen again!
I reached a point where I was ready to accept who I was and learn to love the skin I was in. I wanted to feel better mentally, emotionally and physically.
Now, I feel happy with who I am and how I look. I am truly looking after myself and can love who I am.
And I want to help you feel the same.

Hayley really helped me see my limiting beliefs (some of which I didn’t even know existed) and put an action plan into place to overcome these. Hayley is a great listener and manages to ask the right questions in a kind but effective way! I can highly recommend her if you want to break free from what has been holding you back.
How do we work together?
I'm glad you asked! I work with you through 1-2-1 coaching sessions held either fortnightly or weekly, online via Zoom. Each session is tailored to you.
I offer packages that focus on different areas relating to wellbeing and body confidence, where we work together for 5 or 8 sessions. They are completely tailored to you, but I've given some topics below so that you get an idea of what we could cover in each.

The Coaching Programme:
Coaching takes place fortnightly or weekly over Zoom, with sessions lasting for 60 minutes each.
You can have challenges to work on between sessions so that you can speed up your progress!
After each session, I'll send you an email reminder of what the challenges for the week are, along with any information or documents which you may find useful.
Unlimited email support is not included with this coaching package. However, I'll touch base with you each week by email to see how you are getting on between sessions.
This coaching is not for you if:
X You are looking for a new diet, want to lose weight or change your body.
X You want someone who will 'fix' you. You will be doing the work to change the relationship you have with yourself, I will be there to help you, give you support and keep you accountable on your journey.
X You have an eating disorder. I am not trained specifically in eating disorders, and it may be more beneficial for you to seek help from a professional trained in that area.
