My name is Hayley, and I am a Body Confidence and Wellbeing Coach.
I've helped women struggling with their body confidence to accept themselves and realise their potential. They discover it's possible to break free from what's holding them back.
Coaching can help you rise above your challenges and start moving towards your ideal life with less confusion and more confidence in yourself and your abilities. You will get practical tools to uncover your strengths and discover things about yourself that you haven't realized before.

A lot of people who start Coaching feel stuck repeating the same painful patterns. Perhaps you can relate to this? Maybe you’ve lost your motivation. You know you'd be happier if you could stick to this diet and lose the weight, but you just can't seem to.

Hayley really helped me see my limiting beliefs (some of which I didn’t even know existed) and put an action plan into place to overcome these. How Do We Work Together?
We'll work together through 1-2-1 coaching sessions held either fortnightly or weekly, online via Zoom.
Sessions last for 60 minutes, and each session is tailored to you. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and motivate you with ideas, I play an active role.
You can have challenges to work on between sessions so that you can speed up your progress!
After each session, I’ll send you an email reminder of what the challenges for the week are, along with any information or documents which you may find useful. Unlimited email support is not included with these coaching packages. However, I’ll touch base with you each week by email to see how you are getting on between sessions.
I offer three coaching packages which give you a deep-dive into different areas around body confidence and wellbeing. These are 6-sessions each, and extra sessions can be added on if you want to focus more on a particular area. They are completely tailored to you, but I’ve given some topics in each of the packages below, so that you can get an idea of what we could cover.

This coaching is not for you if:
X You are looking for a new diet, want to lose weight or change your body.
X You want someone who will 'fix' you. You will be doing the work to change the relationship you have with yourself, I will be there to help you, give you support and keep you accountable on your journey.
X You have an eating disorder. I am not trained specifically in eating disorders, and it may be more beneficial for you to seek help from a professional trained in that area.
